Privacy Policy

LHE, Inc. operates the Safeguard Supply website. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data when you use this site. We do not sell your personal data.

Data we collect

We collect the information needed to operate the website, respond to inquiries, fulfill orders, and improve the service. Safeguard Supply does not sell your personal data for money, and shares it only with the service providers and advertising partners described below — see “Your privacy choices and Global Privacy Control” for how to opt out.

  • Email address
  • First and last name
  • Phone number
  • Shipping and billing address (city, state, ZIP/postal code, country)
  • Order history and support correspondence
  • Cookies and usage data

Cookies and usage data

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, support security, keep your cart, and analyze website activity. Your browser settings may allow you to refuse cookies, but some site features may not work correctly without them.

How data is used

  • Provide and maintain the website and customer service
  • Process quotes, orders, returns, and support inquiries
  • Notify customers about orders, shipments, and service changes
  • Monitor usage and improve website performance and product fit
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical or security issues
  • Send relevant news, offers, or product information when permitted

We do not use vague "other purposes" language as a blank check. If Safeguard Supply uses customer information, it should fit one of the listed business purposes or another purpose we clearly disclose before collecting it.

What the checkout privacy notice means

Some WooCommerce checkout notices summarize privacy use in a short sentence. For Safeguard Supply, that summary means we use checkout and account information for order processing, payment and fraud checks, shipping, support, account/order history, site security, analytics, advertising measurement, and post-purchase review requests.

It does not mean customer information is freely distributed. Service providers receive only the information needed for their role, including:

  • Payment authorization, refund processing, and fraud screening
  • Shipping labels, carrier tracking, and delivery support
  • Hosting, caching, uptime, security, and traffic protection
  • Email delivery, customer support, and post-purchase review requests
  • Analytics, conversion measurement, and advertising opt-out handling

Storefront platforms, service providers, analytics, and payments

We use trusted service providers to operate the headless storefront, maintain product and content data, analyze traffic, provide remarketing, support orders and reviews, and process payments. The public storefront is hosted by Vercel, while catalog, content, review, and operational workflows may use Supabase, Pulse, and our WooCommerce/WordPress backend on the secure host. The secure WooCommerce/WordPress backend is hosted behind Rocket/Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting, caching, security, and traffic protection. Examples also include Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google DoubleClick / Google ad services, Meta/Facebook Pixel, Microsoft advertising tools, Pinterest or TikTok tags where enabled, Stripe, and PayPal. Payment card details are handled directly by the payment processors and are not stored by Safeguard Supply.

Google Tag Manager may load measurement or advertising tags from those providers depending on the current tag-container configuration, browser settings, and privacy signals.

These providers are not authorized to use customer information for unrelated purposes on our behalf.

Your privacy choices and Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising cookies we use for Google Ads remarketing may count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law (CPRA). You can opt out of this sharing at any time by turning on a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser — we detect and honor GPC automatically — or by emailing privacy@lheinc.com.

Retention, transfer, and security

LHE, Inc. retains personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes in this policy, including legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements. Data may be processed in the United States. We use commercially reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or electronic storage method is guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights related to your personal data. We may verify your identity before completing a privacy request.

  • Access, update, or request deletion of your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Request data portability where applicable
  • Withdraw consent when processing is based on consent
  • Complain to a data protection authority where applicable

Children, policy changes, and contact

This service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page and revising the date above.
