Shipping Policy
Flat Rate
Shipping Safeguard Supply strives to keep shipping rates affordable for our customers. We have implemented free domestic shipping for orders over $100. For orders under $100, we charge our shipping rates.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Flat-rate orders are typically shipped via USPS mail or FedEx Standard Ground, whichever is most cost-effective. Please note this in your order or contact us if you cannot accept USPS deliveries. Additional fees may apply for delivery exceptions.
*Please note that some products may require additional shipping charges when purchased in bulk. This information will be provided before placing your order.
Shipment Times Under normal circumstances, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of placement. Depending on your location, you should receive your order within 3-6 days after shipment. This time may increase during the holiday season.
A small percentage of items may require a longer ship-out time, and we will notify you if this situation occurs.
Tracking Number
When an email address is provided in the “Billing Information” fields during checkout, you will receive a FedEx, UPS, or USPS tracking number.
UPS/FedEx Regular Delivery Hours FedEx/UPS delivery hours are Monday-Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM local time. Please specify the business name if your order is shipping to a business. If it is shipping to a “Residence” but a business name has been provided, please note that in the “comments” when ordering. We do not guarantee the arrival date or time of packages.
Shipments over $200 May Require an Adult Signature Please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the package, as the signature requirement may not be waived. A $20 address change fee will be assessed for in-route packages. We are not responsible for loss or damage due to packages left at your doorstep.
All orders over $200 are shipped via FedEx and UPS, and the carrier insures the package against damage. We are not responsible for physical damage caused by the shipper. Please notify us within three business days if a product arrives damaged or appears tampered with.
Shipments to Non-Continental USA Addresses We ship to the following non-continental USA addresses using USPS or FedEx. Flat rates or other shipping discounts do not apply to orders shipped to these locations, and additional charges will apply:
- Hawaii
- Alaska
- American Samoa
- Federated States of Micronesia
- Guam
- Marshall Island
- Northern Marianna Island
- Puerto Rico
- US Virgin Islands
Expedited Shipping Online
Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. For expedited shipments, the order will leave the following business day. For same-day shipping, you must call 1-800-366-7235 and place the order online before 2 PM EST. We cannot guarantee same-day shipping. Expedited shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO destinations.
P.O. Box Addresses
Most items may be shipped to P.O. Boxes via USPS. If any items within your order cannot be shipped using USPS, you will be asked to provide a physical address.
APO/AFO/DPO/FPO Addresses
These orders will be delivered to the U.S. military or government post office within 5-10 business days from the ship date. The U.S. military post office controls the shipment and delivery time to the final destination. Expedited shipping is not available, and actual shipping charges will apply. We will ensure you receive the best possible rate.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, with support for more countries coming soon. Free, flat rate, or other shipping discounts do not apply to international orders, and additional shipping charges will apply. Some products may not be eligible for international shipping.
Important Note for International, Overseas Military, and Non-Continental USA Shipments
Customers are responsible for paying importation duties, taxes, or other fees and expenses incurred for product shipment.
